ent_fire player addoutput "health 10000" (set much health)
ent_fire npc_combine_s ignite
npc_create npc_turret_floor
ent_fire npc_turret_floor setrelationship "player D_LI 99" (turret is friend)
ent_fire npc_turret_floor setrelationship "npc_combine_s D_HT 99" (combines are enemies for turret)
