Homemade Millet baking flour
I generally use Jowar/sorghum and Ragi/finger millet in 5:1 ratio while flour making
You can replace 3/4 cup of sorghum flour with this proportion flour for baking it has same results. But I would strongly recommend not to replace with any other millet flour.
