In the Universe, stars convert matter into energy. They produce heat and light in violent, fusion reactions. It is a lot of consternation and activity.

On the other hand, black holes (a better term would be black spheres) convert energy into matter. They capture all energy including light and absorb it.

Black holes stay at rest. They represent “Peace in Physics.”
