Briefly:
1in long brass screws x 100 pieces
1.5in long brass screws x 24 pieces
If you decide to glue, you can omit the screws but then you need massive clamps to make a good job of it. (Which cost WAY more than a few screws, and make you cabinet final, much lesser freedom to modify in the future.)
