How to do a Dual PC setup in VR

This tutorial will show you how to use 2 PCs to stream or record VR games. This allows you to have a dedicated gaming PC and a dedicated streaming or recording PC.

The tool I used to do this is NDI tools. This is a free app that allows dual PC streaming for PC. The download link is:
