On this video I share how I fix my broken tactic with Nottingham Forest for Football Manager 2021. I was adamant about playing a 442, but we got off to the wrong start. Our conversion rate sat near 10%, without changing my tactic too much I managed to get the conversion rate to 25%. Along the way I forgot to check one small matter which I included towards the end of the show cos it left me laughing at myself.
