L/S of large battalion of guards in busbies standing to attention. L/S of guards laying wreaths at base of monument.
L/S of crowds watching troops march down Horse Guards. M/S of Prince Arthur watching from raised platform, he chats with several officers in busbies. More shots marching troops, including some good M/Ss. Some soldiers march in fatigues, they are followed by ex-servicemen with medals pinned to civilian suits, veterans from the World War One. All marching turn eyes to memorial / Prince Arthur as they pass them.
