My friends and I had a great time backpacking the Skyway Loop Trail located in the Cheaha Wilderness. The trail is comprised of a section of the Pinhoti Trail, Chinabee Silent Trail and the Skyway Trail and is often referred to as the Pin-Chin-Sky Loop Tail. We started at the Adam's Gap Trailhead and hiked counter-clockwise. The trail totals about 19 miles. We hiked it over three days. The first night we stayed on top of the mountain (4th campsite). The second night we stayed at the campsite along Hubbard Creek. Finally, we hiked out on the third day.
