In this video I unbox and try on the latest addition to my unimpressive and almost non-existent shoe collection. The thing I love the most about these shoes are the design. Sure they're comfy and well-built, but nothing beats that "Jazz Stripe" Paul Van Doren doodled once upon a time. It has a timeless look to it and you simply can't go wrong with them. I can't really speak much from the skater perspective since well, I'm not a skater, but looking at them as just a pair of sneakers I can give you some pros and cons.

PROS:
- Great design (A E S T H E T I C)
- Thick, durable soles
- Heavy-duty stitching
- Good, snug fit

CONS:
- No metal rings for the shoelaces
- For some reason very hard to take off (not mentally, but physically)
- Loses that strong black color after a couple of weeks
