Near obliterative bulbar urethra stricture was treated with excision and primary anastomosis(EPA) in the past.Now with the advances in minimally invasive techniques I do not want to transect bulbar urethra, but to excise the narrow segment urethra and perform mucosal anastomosis for short gap and double face BMG for longer gaps.
