We are gonna be talking about the ninjas with the greatest chakra pools in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden excluding the additional chakra Tailed Beasts provide to Jinchurikis. There will be Jinchurikis on this list but the Tailed Beast Chakra doesn't count, it's only their own chakra reserves.
