Here're the top tips!
💪🏾If you're low on sleep or dehydrated it's no excuse for a sh#t workout, just make sure you consider safety. Always test movements to assess how your body is reacting to the weight before getting too crazy.
🤜🏾Bumper pads can be placed into many machines when you are cold and/or training alone to warm up
⬆️Consider adjustments to your seat and body position - even mid set. Small adjustments can improve contraction or help mitigate issues from nagging injuries.
🤬Don't do movements your body hates! All bodies respond differently to certain ROMs or positions. Dusty despises flat presses and highlights the significance of avoiding movements that cause discomfort or injury.
💡Slow down your reps and incorporate pauses at the top and bottom to help prevent muscle injury during full contraction or stretch.
😂Make the plates on your bar match. Why? Because Dusty says so!!
