Hiram L. Rivas-Perez, M.D., Associate Professor of Medicine, Director, Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship Program, and Director, Pulmonary Function Test Laboratory at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, presented "Diagnosis and Management of Stable COPD: A Guideline Overview" at University of Louisville Department of Medicine Grand Rounds on April 14, 2022.

Dr. Rivas-Perez's talk focused on reviewing the epidemiology of COPD, understanding the pathophysiology of disease progression, discussing the diagnostic criteria for stable COPD, and reviewing the management guidelines, including GOLD updates and invasive interventions for stable disease.
