If you are planning on boosting smithing (and/or mining) for this with a stew you will need to bring 16 coal and one runite ore ahead of time. You will also need to kill a pre-kill a golem.
If mining the runite ore takes more than 45 seconds you should log out and start over in order to save your boost. This is why I suggest bringing multiples increments of 7.5k gp as this may take a few tries.
