A 35 years old Male came with history of Bilateral painless decrease of vision since the last few months. Systemic and family history came out to be normal and General Physical Exam was normal.
On Ocular Examination, Bilateral Aphakia was seen With Deep Anterior Chambers. On Fundoscopy, Bilateral Crystalline lens were seen dropped on the Retina and bilateral Macula Off Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachments were seen with Bilateral Lattice degenerations.
The patient was planned for ParsPlana Vitrectomy + Removal Of Crystalline Lens + Endolaser + Silicon Oil in one eye after the other.
