As The Minister for the Lords, Lord Nick Markham is responsible for overseeing the NHS's capital, IT and Data strategy and procurement. In this episode Matthew quizzes Lord Markham's ambitions for the NHS in these areas and asks to what extent the minister's previous private sector background is useful in setting a future direction for the NHS.
