Mazi Nnamdi kanu is a freedom fighter and secessionist. He's the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra ( IPOB/ Igbo tribe of Nigeria)
Mazi Kanu, through his Radio Biafra, railed against all the marginalization, discrimination, oppression and injustices against Igbos by Northern controlled government and their Southwestern Allies.
He has exposed their shady deals and secret conspiracy of the cabals. The federal government of Nigeria couldn't stand his broadcast which impacted and influenced the Igbo youths to turn on the government.
Mazi nnamdi kanu's purpose was to facilitate the secession Southeastern Nigeria (the Igbos) from Nigeria given the discrimination, inequality and cruelty the Northern ( Hausa/Fulani and Southwestern region ( Yoruba) regions has melted against the Igbos.
The mother of all the marginalization is political disenfranchisement of Igbos since 1970. Fifty three years since the war ended. Nigerian government and their political establishment has intentionally omitted Igbos and has never given then chance to contest in their elections.
Not until Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of labour party who's from Igbo extraction contested in 2023 presidential election and all hell were broken lose in Nigeria.
There has been civil war against the Igbo without regional bombing. Peter Obi is constantly under vicious attacks. And all kinds jabs, vile, insults, assaults, bullying, humiliation, physical attacks, killing, maiming of Igbos on the polling units to stop them from voting were documented. In addition to burning down of Igbo people's businesses in Southwestern Nigeian during 2023 election were documented.
The reprisal attacks from some enraged Southwesten Yoruba against the Igbo for daring to contest in 2023 presidential election.
Peter Obi won the election in a landslide but federal government in alliance with Tinubu robbed the election in broad daylight.
Actually this election justified Nnamdi kanu. The United Nation and other world organizations who cared to know about Igbo stories in Nigeria has the chance to see the events of 1964 replayed in the last election.
