Basically the salamanders relationship with the malevolent marines chapter
Because salamanders are really kind to civilians while the malevolent kill civilians just for there entertainment and power so meaning that the malevolent are a bunch of asshole space marines in the 40k Universe

So that’s why the salamanders hate the malevolent so much.
