A problem I also faced was a major scare where I quickly went to the emergency room at the children's hospital. What happened? A week or two later, blood-red cracks appeared in the baby's stool. The doctor told me that it could be due to a milk allergy. So I had to give up all food products that contained milk (bread, sweets, chocolate, cheeses...).
Below I leave a list of products that can also cause this allergy:
- Eggs
- The milk
- Beef
- The corn
- Strawberry
- Almonds
- The nuts
- The fish
Wondering when it will pass? For me, it disappeared when I started solid food, so at 6 months.
What did I eat in all 6 months? Potatoes, fruits, and vegetables for 6 months.
1. Try to avoid all food products containing milk and observe for a few days (it needs to be eliminated from the baby's body)
2. Then remove the fish and observe for a few days. Continue with all the food products to observe which of them cause the allergy and lead to the appearance of blood cracks in the baby's stool.
