UPDF Marines have arrested 18 fishermen and impounded 14 boats in Lwatiboke Island in an operation against illegal fishing. Those arrested were reportedly using illegal fishing gear. We have decided to blur the suspect's face because they are still Innocent until proven guilty in the eyes of the law. #NTVNews
