*EDIT - NVidia Driver Version: 551.76 - Released: March 5, 2024 (Hotfix) has completely fixed the issue as Nvidia as "Using NVENC to encode videos may result in corrupted videos or error message on GeForce GTX 16xx GPU". I have tried the driver update, and it works great!

Massive thank you to "Spektrum/Spektrum1815" for letting me know about the update on a different video!

I will keep the fix in the comment section just as a precautionary measure in case the problem crops up again in the future.

You can see a little bit on the top and those horizontally corrupted streaks. I noticed this has happened since I installed:

NVidia Driver Version: 551.61 - Released: February 2024

I have tried to reinstall the drivers twice now (both clean installs) with no joy. I have even removed the drivers with DDU, but still no luck. At this point, I think the best action would simply be to uninstall the driver once again with DDU and then manually install this driver:

NVidia Driver Version: 551.23 - Released: January 2024

Or whatever driver worked for you. Just make sure you boot in 'Safe Mode' when removing your old GPU driver.
