South India especially Kerala is well known for its signature recipes. Here is anno one which is made in every Hindu families and temples of Kerala, neypayasam ❤️

For this recipe I have used raw matta rice 1 cup ( which I pressure cooked with 2 cups of water)
300 grams of Jaggery which I melted and made a think syrup and removed impurities
1cup coconut milk
Ghee roasted coconut, cashews and resins
Dry Ginger powder and cardamom powder
