The secret to fixing your feet is to improve proprioception. You can reduce pain all over your body with a simple exercise.
Do you have weak feet and low stability? Here’s one of my favorite drills I give clients to help them mobilize and strengthen their feet!
Do 5-10 reps per foot, and make sure to take a rest or shorten your range of motion if your foot starts to cramp up!
