Sharing this bisaya version of adobo super crunchy and delicious with
spicy vinegar dipping sauce..So easy to prepare and only few ingredients
needed , so simple ❤️ Bisaya favorite dish..
Bisaya Adobo Version
Ingredients
2 kg pork belly, chopped
2 1/2 tsp salt or less adjust accordingly
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
5 cloves garlic, crushed
Method
1. Put all the ingredients in the pan
2. Stir to combine
3. Bring to a boil, stir occasionally until liquid reduces and becomes dry
4. Once dry, stir often until most of pork fat has rendered
5. Transfer to a plate
6. Use clean pan for second frying just use the same oil or add more if it’s not enough for deep frying
7. Heat oil then put back pork, cook until pork skin becomes crispy
8. Done, enjoy!
Best served with spicy dipping sauce, vinegar and soy sauce w/ chilies 🌶 onion and calamansi..
