Retinoid tip:
It may seem easy and convenient to mix that pea size amount with your moisturizer, but it’s really hard to achieve a uniformly even mixture. Inevitably you will get parts retinoid that are concentrated and when applied to skin can lead to spots of irritation.

Instead layer retinoid before, after, or even between your moisturizer. If that pea size amount seems to hard to spread, then try dotting bits on your face and then spread (can check out my older reel for how-tos)
