We are headed to lunch at The Boathouse, a fantastic indoor/outdoor restaurant right in the heart of Disney Springs. With seating on the water, three bars, live bands, a ride outside, a massive gift shop, and fantastic service, how could you go wrong? Will it hold up to how good it's been in the past?
