You don’t always have to replace your damaged rod guide with a new one once it gets damaged.
Sure, it's the safest way if you want to put the effort in it, but there are other ways which are quicker and cheaper, depending of course in the type of damage that you are trying to fix.
In my case, I had a broken guide which was cutting my line when casting and retrieving, costing me lures and fish.
I just use some epoxy solution and nothing else to fix it and it works like a charm, see for yourself in this video.
