Ingredients:
Eggplant 2 large
Yoghurt 1 cup
Tahini paste 1/2 cup
Warm water 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Garlic cloves 2
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil, sumac and fresh parsley for garnishing
Zutaten:
Aubergine 2 groß
Joghurt 1 Tasse
Tahini Paste 1/2 Tasse
Warmes Wasser 1/2 Tasse
Zitronensaft 3 EL
Olivenöl 3 EL
Knoblauchzehen 2
Salz und schwarzer Pfeffer nach Geschmack
Olivenöl, Sumach und frische Petersilie zum Garnieren
