Ingredients
100 grams Dry Fish
2 tablespoon Gingelly Oil
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 cup Shallots, chopped
20 pods Garlic
1 big Tomato
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 tablespoon Chilli Powder
2 big Brinjal
1/2 cup Tamarind Pulp
Jaggery, a small piece
1 cup Water
Salt, to taste
