I have been waist training for a little over 5 years. I have paired this with eating in a calorie deficit and ab workouts. The calorie deff and workouts have definitely got me a more flat stomach, and tighten my muscles especially after pregnancy but the wait training help me achieve the hourglass frame I desired. After child birth I noticed my ribs spread and none of the ab workouts helped to cinch in my waist. So I looked up and down for additional weight loss tips that could help me get an hourglass figure. Nothing worked! I stumbled upon waist training and it changed the game for me! Training my waist did what a calorie deff and workouts couldn’t do and this practice is very ancient! Waist training helped me get that tiny waist I once had before pregnancy and I just want to share my progress. A Lot of people don’t believe my results and believe I have gotten work done but I haven’t (well not yet my first surgery date is april 7th 2023 to get my wisdom teeth removed).
