This recipe for calm balm smells divine and will feel like a guilty pleasure! For this video I was joined by my amazing sidekick Ruby - otherwise known as Rhubarb or "the rhubarb-alarb" - who loves making lotions and potions. To make this salve you will need cold pressed coconut oil, bars or pellets of pure beeswax, and a selection of essential oils for relaxation and de-stressing. Good oils for this are lavender, lemon, rosemary, orange, bergamot, ginger, frankincense, and honey (honey is a fragrance oil rather than an essential oil). I like to keep my balms in lip-balm metal cosmetics tins, but you could always just put this up in a cleaned out glass jar.
