In a heart-wrenching incident captured by Joac Cruz's dash cam, a sickly, exhausted puppy was callously thrown out of a moving car. Confused and unaware of what had just happened, the puppy desperately tried to run after her owner. Thankfully, the drivers in the following cars witnessed the incident and promptly slowed down, forming a protective barrier to shield the vulnerable pup from any potential accidents.
The puppy ran for about 2 kilometers, her energy completely depleted. She finally stopped by the side of the road, where a crowd of people had gathered. Still searching for her owner, she was unaware that she had been abandoned.
However, to her dismay, no one seemed to care about her. People even found ways to avoid her, indifferent to her cries and sobs. Amidst this heartbreaking scene, Joac Cruz, a kind-hearted individual on his way to work, noticed the distressed puppy. Moved by compassion, he decided to rescue her. He gently lifted her up and brought her into his car, providing her with a safe haven.
The puppy was given the name Pelusa.
