Ingredients:

500g lamb chops cut into 1inch thickness
2 teaspoons oil
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
1.5 tablespoons tamarind sauce
1 teaspoon of:
Salt
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Deghi mirch & cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon of:
Regular chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Paprika powder & ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon of red and orange food colouring (optional)

1 heaped teaspoon of freshly grated ginger and garlic
The juice of half a lemon
