This is me cooking some typical seafood from Galicia such as Spider Crabs ("Centollas"), Razor Clams (" Navajas"), Sea Bream ("Dorada") and Goose Barnacles ("Percebes"). Cooking is simple and basically it is about to have the right times for the boiling and the right amount of salt. People from all over Spain comes to Galicia to enjoy our gastronomy and the amazing wines.
