For Plain Lugaw:
1/4 cup Mantika - 4.3 pesos
50g Luya - 5 pesos
1 medium sized red Onion - 4 pesos
5 cloves minced garlic - 3 pesos
3 cups Malagkit - 40 pesos
2 cups Bigas - 16.6 pesos
1/4 cup Patis - 1.7 pesos
1 tsp Kasubha or Saff Flower - 8 pesos
6 liters water - 9.4 pesos
Salt & Pepper to taste - 1 peso
1/8 cup Chicken Powder - 6 pesos
If with Laman: Just sautee Pork or Beef Assorted Lamang Loob 1/2 kilo - 130 pesos
Toppings:
Boiled Egg
Spring Onion
Roasted Garlic
Kalamansi
