This is a Samsung 59 inch Plasma TV model PN59D6500F with main board # BN94-04709A that intermittently restarts with the Samsung smart tv logo.
There are also many other Samsung LED TV's with the same restarting or rebooting problem; they all require replacement of the Nand Flash memory IC located on the TV's main board next to the Microprocessor IC. The most common IC is the K9GAG08U0E Flash chip which has to be Pre-programmed for a particular model Samsung Television.
This is a good micro soldering technique that I use to replace the IC in less than 15 minutes.
