Hi guys here's another Copycat recipe, I made Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana Soup! Serve it with some fresh hot breadsticks and you will think you're sitting in the actual restaurant!!

Ingredients:

1/2 Yellow Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped or 2 tsp Garlic, minced
4 Slices Bacon, chopped (Pork or Turkey)
1 Ib. Ground Italian Sausage
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 Quarts Chicken Broth
4-5 Medium Russet Potatoes, sliced into half moons
1-2 Cups Kale
1 Cup Heavy Cream
