In this video, I cook some baby back ribs and St. Louis Style Pork Spare Ribs on my Weber kettle charcoal grill. I seasoned the ribs with Kinder's Mild BBQ Rub, onion powder, and brown sugar, then cooked them for 2 hours on a 275 degree F grill. Next, I wrapped the ribs in foil and cooked them for 2 hours and 45 minutes until they were tender. Finally, I removed the ribs from the foil and brushed on some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce.
