I think I have finally found the smallest amp ever! Thanks to my bassist I was introduced to the Hotone Heart Attack a tiny tiny solid state amp that is supposed to have the tone of a Mesa Boogie amp. seeing that it is a solid state amp it has the transistor sound rather than a tube sound. But it does have a really deep low end which tends to be a characteristic of the famous Mesa Boogie Rectifiers. I had a ton of fun checking the Heart Attack from Hotone out. I was easily able to get a great metal tone out of this little guy.
