ingredients for soft serve icecream

milk - 1 cup
corn flour - 2 tsp
powder sugar - 3 tsp
mix all 3 ingredients and cook that on low flame Till it thicken and divide in to two parts
then add
vanilla extract -1/4 tsp
coco powder - 3 tsp
keep them in refrigerator for 10 min
heavy whipping cream - 1 cup
whip that till stiff peaks and divide in to two parts add the corn flour milk mixture and mix well put it to get freez for 8 hours or full night

ingredients for Eggless icecream cone

maida / refined flour - 1 cup
curd - 1/4 cup
oil - 1tsp
baking soda - 1/4 tsp
a pinch of salt
vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
powder sugar - 1/4 cup
mix all the ingredients well and use some water to make a soft dough keep it to rest for 10 minutes then make very thin chatpati from it and cook that till it gets brown spots like cone and roll it carefully
serve icecream with the help of piping bags And enjoy
