- 300-350 gm Rohu Fish
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 to 3/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Juice from 1/2 Medium Sized Lemon
- 2 Tbsp Cornflour and 1 Tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)
- Mustard Oil or any other cooking oil for frying
- Salt to Taste
