This is a 60 Minute Morning Vinyasa Yoga class. A re-post without music. Class starts gently for the first 20 minutes - focussing on loosening the low back spine, then we start to flow with heat building lunges & shoulder openers, balances and light, functional core work. An all round vinyasa flow to help restore range of motion in your body after sleep. I would call it a level 2 class as some of the holds are a little longer. Enjoy!
