Embattled Migori Governor Okoth Obado is expected back in the High Court Monday for his bail application. Obado who is remanded at Industrial Area Remand Prison is currently undergoing treatment at Kenyatta National Hospital where he was rushed after he was taken ill. The migori governor is the chief suspect in the murder of Sharon Otieno, a Rongo University student whose mutilated body was found in a near Oyugis township, Homa Bay County, on September 4.
