He chose IGORA ROYAL HIGHLIFT 12-19 and mixed it with 40 Vol. Then, applied the formula using his "perimeter highlight and TC light" technique. He let it process for 45 minutes and then styled to perfection! We love the end results. What do you think? Let us know in the comments!
