STIR FRIED BASIL MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:
250gm white Beech mushrooms
100gm minced chicken
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 fresh red chillies, minced
1 red cili padi (more if you want it spicier)
Handful of fresh sweet basil leaves
¼ tsp dark soy sauce (optional)
Oil for cooking
Sauce Mix:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce/kicap manis
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp water
½ tsp cornstarch/cornflour
Steps:
Heat up some oil over medium low flame in a wok. Then, add in the minced garlic and chilli. Stir fry for 1 min, then add in the minced chicken. Cook for about 3 mins.
Now, add in the mushrooms and continue to cook, 2-3 minutes. Also, add in some basil leaves and keep it covered with a lid.
Now, add in the sauce mix. Increase the flame to high. Cook for another 2 more mins before adding in a few drops of dark soy sauce and more basil leaves. Mix everything together. Turn off the flame. Enjoy this awesome dish with a bowl of rice 😋😋😋
