On July 15th, 2008, 2-year-old Caylee Anthony was reported missing by her
grandmother. It turned out that she had last been seen alive by her mother, Casey
Anthony, 31 days prior, and in the weeks that followed, Casey had kept up the illusion of
a normal routine - continuing her daily life filled with frequent drinking and partying.
Repeated requests from her parents about Caylee's whereabouts were brushed off until
Casey finally admitted she had not seen her daughter for weeks.
