Ingredients for the recipe (Serving: 20-25 pieces)
2 cups Wheatflour
1/2 cup Sooji
1/2 or 2/3 cup Ghee
1 cup jaggery
Oil to fry
Recipe
1. Dissolve 1 cup jaggery in a glass of water to prepare jaggery water.
2. Mix 2 cups wheat flour & 1/2 cup semolina .
3. Add 2/3 cup melted ghee and prepare tight dough by adding jaggery water in parts.
4. Make small mathri and let them dry for an hour or two.
5.Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in color, you can store them for a month.
Note---Fry on medium to low flame.
