At least 2 people died during the attack on Regional State Administration in Luhansk. This information was confirmed by the head of the department for Health Care of Luhansk Regional State Administration Pavlo Malysh.
"So far we can't tell you the number of injured but we know for sure that at least two people died," said Malysh. He also mentioned that dozens of people were taken to the hospitals and that ambulances keep coming.
Today at around 3 PM terrorists damaged the building of Regional State Administration in Luhansk with either RPG or antitank missile.
