Today’s topic is some of the ways BH teaches how to play over Rhythm changes.
How to deal with measures 5-6
How to play the “turn back” on measures 1-4
The “G flat move” in three ways:
“Monk”, “Byas”, and “Bud”
Hope this breaks down the 1st 16 of rhythm the same way it opened it up for me, because before BH I couldn’t figure out how to play over it to save my life!
Love to see some of your ideas to feel free to comment and share-
