I love Chicken wings so much so I am always working on new ways to cook them. I honestly can't believe just how well these wings came out using the oven rack method.

Thai Dangle Wings: (enough for 3-4 pounds of chicken or 1.8 kg)
2 1/2 lbs chicken wings
1/3 cup coconut milk
6 tbsp curry paste
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp fish sauce

Jaew Dipping sauce
1/3 cup fish sauce
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp roasted chili powder
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 1/2 tbsp toasted rice powder
2 tbsp chopped cilantro stalks (add before serving)
